Radiologist reviewer guidance
Before your guided demo or walkthrough
Read this page before any NexaRad outreach session. It defines the no-PHI boundary, what you will and will not see, and how to give non-clinical workflow feedback.
Do not upload, paste, screen-share, email, or describe PHI. This environment is not for patient care, clinical decision-making, or operational use.
- Use only synthetic or properly de-identified DICOM supplied for the demo.
- Do not upload patient identifiers, accession numbers, dates of birth, clinical history, or report text from real cases.
- Do not paste, screen-share, email, or describe PHI during review or feedback.
- PHI requires a separate approved environment, contracts, BAA coverage, and written authorization.
Demo / Research / Not for Clinical Use · No PHI · Not for patient care · No regulatory clearance or clinical performance claims
What radiologists will see today
- Public landing only: https://nexarad.org
- Guided call or recorded walkthrough — not a self-serve product testing link
- Feedback form after the session: /feedback
- Scheduling link: founder-provided calendar invite (not a public app login URL)
Hosted self-serve app access is blocked until resettable non-PHI deployment gates are complete. See docs/radiologist-url-map.md.
Do not bring PHI
Use only synthetic or properly de-identified materials supplied by NexaRad for the session. Do not upload, paste, screen-share, email, or describe patient identifiers, accession numbers, dates of birth, raw DICOM UIDs, report text from real cases, or clinical history from real patients.
