1. Acceptance
By accessing the NexaRad demo application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. These terms apply to all users of the NexaRad platform in demo and research modes.
2. Not for Clinical Use
NexaRad is a research and demonstration platform. It is not cleared or authorized by the FDA or any other regulatory body for clinical diagnostic use. No clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment plans, or patient management decisions should be based on NexaRad outputs. All AI-generated content in demo and research modes carries a non-clinical watermark and disclaimer.
3. No Medical Advice
NexaRad does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The platform is a workflow and research tool for qualified clinicians and researchers. Any content generated by the system is for demonstration and research purposes only.
4. PHI Prohibition
Users must not upload protected health information (PHI) to the NexaRad demo application. The platform actively blocks PHI-containing uploads in demo and research modes. Users who require PHI processing must contact NexaRad to discuss enterprise deployment under appropriate agreements.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring uploaded content is synthetic or properly de-identified, not using the platform for clinical decision-making, and complying with all applicable laws and institutional policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The NexaRad platform, including its software, design, documentation, and workflows, is the property of NexaRad. Users retain ownership of their uploaded de-identified content. Feedback and suggestions provided to NexaRad may be used to improve the product without compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
The NexaRad demo application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. NexaRad is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including any reliance on AI-generated content. The platform is not a substitute for qualified clinical judgment.
8. Termination
NexaRad may suspend or terminate access to the demo application at any time without notice. Demo data may be reset, deleted, or modified as part of product development.
